Lake Delton

The lake was formed in 1927 to attract tourists to the area and became a popular attraction in the southwest region of the Wisconsin Dells tourist area following the economic recovery after the Great Depression.  Right on the Wisconsin River, this Reservoir is an ideal place to stay with its mix of natural beauty and one-of-a-kind attractions like massive waterslides, exciting Duck rides, full-service resorts and spas and family friendly.

Delton Lake is a 249 acre lake located in Sauk County. It has a maximum depth of 16 feet. Visitors have access to the lake from a public boat landing and beach. Fish include Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike, Walleye and Catfish.
